kept short.

We collect the little we need to get you on the mountain — and nothing we don't. Here's what, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

To book, we collect your phone number and WhatsApp (to confirm you and send booking updates), your booking details (tour, date, number of people, guide language), and your payment, handled by a payment processor — we don't store your full card. Browsing the deals feed needs none of this.

How we use it

We use it to take and confirm your booking, send you the meeting point and reminders over WhatsApp, support you if something goes wrong, and keep your trip history in your account. We don't sell your data.

What the agency sees

When you book, we share what the operating agency needs to run your trip: your name, the booking, and a way to reach you on the day. They are an independent operator — see our role in the Terms.

Your rights

You can see your data in your account, update your profile, and delete your account from Settings. You have the access, correction and deletion rights granted by Mexican data-protection law (the ARCO rights). Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll help.
