The deal,
in plain words.

How booking works, what we are responsible for, and what you are. Plain-language summary — the binding version is the full terms you accept at checkout.

Our role: we are a facilitator, not the operator

Last Minute Outdoors is a booking platform. The tours are designed, led, and operated by independent agencies we verify — they are the operators, the guides, and the providers of transport, insurance and equipment. We connect you to them, take the booking, process payment, and reveal the meeting point once you've paid. We are not the tour guide and we don't run the trip.

Booking & payment

Browsing is free and needs no account. To book, you give a phone number and confirm it with a WhatsApp code — that creates your account. Payment is taken online at checkout, in Mexican pesos (MXN). Prices on deal listings are final for the date shown; the discount applies only to the departure listed.

The exact meeting point and the agency's contact are shown only after payment is confirmed, on your confirmation screen and in your account. This protects both customers and guides.

Cancellations & changes

Because these are genuine last-minute deals on seats that would otherwise go empty, most discounted departures are pay-now, non-refundable. The cancellation and reschedule terms for each tour are shown before you pay. If an agency cancels, or a trip is called off for safety (weather, unsafe conditions), you're entitled to a reschedule or refund as described in the full terms.

Safety & your responsibility

Many tours involve altitude, distance and real physical demand — each listing shows a difficulty and altitude band. You're responsible for booking a tour suited to your fitness and health, arriving on time, and following the guide's instructions. If a listing's warnings don't fit you, don't book it; reach out first.

For agencies

Agencies listing on the platform agree to operate the tours they publish, hold the permits and authorizations their activity requires, and honour the prices and availability they post. Separate operator terms apply — see For agencies.

Liability

As a facilitator, our responsibility is to run the platform, take your booking, and handle payment correctly. The conduct of the tour itself — guiding, transport, safety on the mountain — is the operating agency's responsibility, within the limits the law allows. Nothing here removes rights you have under Mexican consumer law.
